A new approach depending on the notion of fuzzy spaces has beendeveloped to study the fuzzy topological spaces. The use of fuzzyspace as a universal set corrects the deviation in the definitions ofthe closed fuzzy subset and the cosure of a fuzzy subset in fuzzytopological spaces.
