The maintenance stability of genetic structure of reproductively young and middle-age trees in seed progeny formed during two years in Donbass population of Pinus sylvestris var. cretacea Kalenicz. ex Kom., protected in Ukraine, was analyzed. The analysis has been carried out at 10 allozyme loci. Allelic and genotypic diversity of the trees is reproduced annually in seed progeny in spite of the low outcrossing coefficient (t_s = 0.371-0.687; t_m = 0.731-0.790) and significant excess of homozygotes in embryos. Fluctuations in genetic structure are observed in embryos and in the pool of paternal gametes in seed progeny of different years.
