Kuwait-— Kuwait Petrochemical Industries Co. (KPIC) and Amec Foster Wheeler have signed a $34-million contract for the project design of a third olefins project and second aromatics venture to be integrated with the Al-Zour refinery in Kuwait, reported state-owned news agency KUNA.
