AbstractNodular morphology is observed on free surfaces, fracture surfaces, and etched surfaces of epoxy resins of widely different cure and chemistry. The influence of high‐ and low‐energy substrates on nodule size is illustrated. Fine structure or “dimples” exist on several individual nodules, and various states of agglomeration of nodules are depicted.
