In the field of barcode printing, verification machinery is used to avoid fatal mistakes in reading its printing instruction. The new system was developed to identify codes which the verification device picked up with printing instruction codes. This identification process used to be done by human eyes. Then, the result of the identification had to be kept as records manually. In corporation with Japanflex Co.Ltd., we developed a new software that will provide both the verification and identification results. With this software, the verification device is to read printing instruction codes first, then to identify printing instruction codes. This system was designed for inspectors to reduce burdens and to have useful and effective.
