AbstractData are reported for the elastic behavior, as described by the parametersC1andC2,and the equilibrium swelling inn‐decane,vr, for dicumyl peroxide vulcanizates of natural rubber andcis‐1,4‐polyisoprene. For natural rubber vulcanizates the correlation betweenC1andvrcan be described in terms of the original Flory‐Rehner equation with χ = 0.41.
