The thirdvolum of the wire Association International's Nonferrous Wire Handbook has recently been published. Concentrating on products, processes and materials, one of the book's features is that, unlike volumes one and two, copper and aluminium are not the only materials covered. About 80 percent of the book presents recent developments and new technologies. The remainder updates and revises subjects treated in earlier volumes, including new information on wire rod, lubricants, dies and heat treatment.
