THE EBB and flow of the tides dictate flight arrival and departure times. During low tide, the hard-packed sand reveals three runways: 07-25, 11-20, and 15-33. Marker boards along the shore and on the beach indicate runway ends. At 2,776ft (846m), 15-33 is BRR's longest runway.
