In this paper we study tests designed to detect outliers in random samples from the logistic distribution. We will look at tests designed to detect a single outlier as well as block tests for multiple outliers. For all of the tests under consideration, we will simulate the critical points. We will then compare the performance of the various test statistics on the basis of certain power criteria. Finally, we present two examples to illustrate all the tests discussed in this paper.
