Abstract—5‐Methoxy‐3‐(di‐n‐propylamino)chroman (5‐MeO‐DPAC) caused a dose‐dependent decrease in the accumulation of 5‐hydroxytryptophan after decarboxylase inhibition in rat striatum, hippocampus and frontal cortex.
