NA;Two histologically confirmed hypothalamic hamartomas, one in a 7hyphen;yearhyphen;old boy and another in a 10hyphen;yearhyphen;old boy, are reported. One patient had precocious puberty, epileptic laughter, and abnormal behaviorsemi; the other had cerebral seizures.
