This paper describes two new species of Phaonia from Northerneast China, P. minutiun-gula sp. nov., P. heilongshanensis sp. nov., belonging to a new P. minutiungula-group. The type specimens are kept in Shenyang Normal College. During studying the Muscidae specimens from Heilong jiang and Jilin Provinces, the authors discovered two new species of the genus Phaonia, which belong to a new species-group in science. They are reported as follows. The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Entomology? Shenyang Normal College.
