The new FTCOS-F cut-off system from Crown Unlimited Machine produces up to 3,600 flat tubes an hour of 610mm in length.Fitted with the company's patented Slice Blade cut-off system and a direct drive electronic feed - said to require minimal maintenance - the machine produces a clean micro-multivoid cut. Features include a touchscreen operator interface, closed-loop servo electronics to accurately control the length and powered uncoilers that reduce inertia-induced material stretching.
