摘要

A novel optical method based on the analysis of the radial light intensity profile from a Laser source (HeNe 632.8 nm) is proposed and its use with hybridoma cells in suspension described. The technique enables direct determination of extinction (α) and scattering coefficient at 90 degrees (β) of the suspension, which are shown to vary during a batch culture and under different agitation condition
