Lotus's Evora is this year's handling king, but which car is the champions' champ? Matt Saunders pitted four secondhand driver's greats, former winners all, against each other. Another year, another Autocar driver's car champion. So well done Lotus; the Evora joins a good-handling hall of fame that includes the Audi R8, the Ferrari 550 Maranello and the Honda NSX, and brings home the booty for Hethel for the fourth time in two decades. Only one other car maker has produced more Handling Day victors in that time: the one that puts Stuttgart's coat of arms on the front of its cars and, more often than not, growling flat sixes in the back.
