AbstractSoil sorption constants based on the organic carbon content (Koc) of 15 pesticides were measured using two soils at three concentrations. Significant correlations were found between the Kocvalue and water solubility (WS), octanol/water partition coefficient (Kow), retention time in reversed‐phase HPLC (Rt) and molecular weight (mol. wt.).
