摘要

We thank Beaudreuil and colleagues for their interest. We appreciate that they contributed to the URAM's development (Beaudreuil et al., 2011), and so have particular interest in such work. Our study had two objectives. The first was to assess the breadth of symptoms that patients experience from Dupuytren's disease, and the second was to map these data against the URAM's items. The aim was to analyse patients' experiences, and the URAM's relevance in real-world clinical practice. We have concerns that despite the 'sound methodology' used to generate the URAM, it may not be relevant to our patients' experience of Dupuytren's disease.
