摘要

Chloroplast DNAs (ctDNAs) from several pteridophytes were analysed by cross-hybridization with the liverwortfrxCgene as probe. Hybridization signals were observed without exception, suggesting the presence of thefrxCgene in ctDNAs of non-flowering vascular plants as in liverwort. AfrxChomolog was also identified in two gymnosperms.
