The first thing I would like to say about the book Business @ the Speed of Thought, is that it was almost as hard to read as most of the other Microsoft manuals. It was not one of those page-turners that you could not put down, it was one of those books were you read two chapters and put the book down. After reading the chapters, you had to think about the concept and struggle to get your mind around the ideas. This book was not written for the Tech person in mind just as the author states in the book, he says it is written of the management type. I am not a manager, I just recently became a System Engineer, but this book has started to erode my concept of how my company handles the information about our customers and how we present our product to them.
