The U.S. Supreme Court, on June 22, answered two employment-law questions in a decision that gives employees who have suffered EEO-type retaliation by their employers even more legal protection than employees discriminated against. The two questions answered by the court: 1) Is a retaliation lawsuit claim by workers limited to "hire," "discharge," "compensation, terms, conditions or privileges of employment" as EEO discrimination workplace claims are limited in the Title VII statute?
