AbstractResistence tests on poplars raised by tissue culture.The possibility of testing poplar clones for susceptibility to poplar canker at an early stage was tested by inoculating plants, produced by tissue culture, at 1.5, 2, 4 and 6 weeks and 7 months. Results were positive and compared well with standard tests.
