Oystertec Plc, a Cheshire company that has the patented rights to the Oyster Converter, an innovative pipe fitting, has published its full prospectus relating to its placing and admission to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM') of the London Stock Exchange.Oystertec announced a placing price of 23 pence per share, giving a market capitalisation at the placing price of approximately pound 30 million. The Company plans to license the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of the Oyster Converter to established international corporations.
