AbstractThe correct binomial for the type species ofNaemacyclusisN. fimbriatuscomb, nov.Lasiostictis fimbriatais a synonym. The common pint; needlecast fungi hitherto calledN. niveusandN. minorare not congeneric with this species and are therefore redisposed inCyclaneusmagen. nov. (Rhytismataceae) as C.niveumand C.minuscombs. nov.Cyclaneusma minusis illustrated and the taxonomic position of the new genus is discussed.
