摘要

AbstractIn this article the theoretical and experimental performance of a FET harmonically synchronized frequency divider is presented. A large‐signal nonlinear characteristic transconductance description is adopted; the locking range can then be calculated by use of the method of averaging. The result is demonstrated by a common‐drain reverse‐channel GaAs FET frequency divider. © 1993 John Wileyson
