A case of enterotoxicosis in a goat at necropsy is described. The animal had died without clinical signs. Toxigenic Vibrio cholerae non#x2010;O:1 was isolated from the intestines. This species has not been reported earlier from healthy or diseased farm animals, such as goats, in the Netherlands.
