A nondestructive technique is described that measures diffusivity of fasthyphen;diffusing atoms to an accuracy of 1percnt;. The technique utilizes coincidence counting of ggr; rays emitted in opposite directions when a positron annihilates with an electron. The application of the method is discussed.
