NA;Nine clotted vein of Galen aneurysms have been reported. The author reports a case in a 4hyphen;monthhyphen;old hydrocephalic male infant who underwent biopsy and drainage of the aneurysm. The case had been diagnosed as an avascular mass on a computed tomographic scan. There is a 2hyphen;year followhyphen;up period on this patient.
