Worms-Synthomer has awarded an engineering services contract to Poyry for the revamp of a dispersions plant in Worms, Germany. The €20-million project will add several new and fully automated production lines for acrylic dispersions, increasing capacity by 30,000 t/y. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2018.
