The Canon EOS-1D is a welcome addition to the Canon line of professional digital cameras. The new features―especially the ISO and fast shooting modes―will please event and sports photographers alike. Many of the controls, menus, and settings will be familiar to current digital and traditional Canon shooters. I found it very easy and pleasant to use.
