Key to their manufacture is a Schuler GMO Dynamic Drive Press, available in North America through Schuler Inc., Canton, MI. Operations such as cutting, drawing, bending, embossing and sizing are carried out on the press system in a single sequence without remachining. Sheet holding is accomplished via a servo-acting draw cushion with the integrated process control system providing maximum security.
