INSTRUCTIONS: The purpose of the Candidate for Nomination to Distinguished Member and Fellow Form is to provide uniformity in the manner in which the Iron Steel Society nominates individuals for the grade of Distinguished Member and Fellow of the ISS. Emphasis has been placed upon completeness, as well as conciseness, in the adoption of this form. It was not designed to limit any nominator(s) on behalf of the nominee(s). please adhere to the form as indicated, but feel free to append as much pertinent material as desired.
