Along, hard road has led me to where I am today. That road starts with my decision to start a professional lab—DM Imaging—in a mature, even declining, market. I learned the lab business while working for my uncle, Don Burrell. The single most important thing he taught me was customer service. Don took customer satisfaction to dizzying heights; it was truly his passion, one he imbedded in every one of his employees.
