We own a portrait studio in New Canaan, Connecticut, with a client base of busy, affluent families. We were introduced to Egami products in the fall of 2003 and realized their value from the start. The whole idea of personalized images works extremely well for us and our clients. What clients love most about the personalized gifts is the one-stop shopping. They order portraits and gifts at the same time. We hear often from clients about people's reaction when they see them carrying the bags. A few clients actually give out our business cards to people who ask about their bags. Any time a client helps direct people to our studio, we give them a small gift item or a small discount on their order the next time they come in.
