AbstractRape seedlings grown from seeds treated with a gamma‐HCH seed dressing at a dose rate of 15.7 g kg−1had a maximum gamma‐HCH concentration of 380 mg kg−1in seedlings collected 1 day after emergence. The mean gamma‐HCH concentration in the seedlings decreased to 2.6 and to 0.9 mg kg−1by 7 and 15 days after emergence, respectively.
