A new joint venture - "Hydro Aluminium Wuxi - has been founded near Shanghai. This is intended to serve automobile markets in China and other Asiatic countries with tube products. The joint venture combines the strength of Hydro Aluminium Extrusion - the second-largest extrusion group in the world - with the know-how of China's leading manufacturer of drawn tubes.
