摘要

The enzymatic hydrolysis reaction with supercritical carbon dioxide(SC-CO2) as a reaction medium to make glucose from starch was investigated. The reaction rate was enhanced at higher temperature and pressure, especially near the critical point of the CO2. The α-amylase and glucoamylase were found to be active in a SC-CO2
