Heze-Shandong Yuhuang Shengshi Chemical has chosen Lyon-dellBasell's Hostalen ACP polyethylene (PE) process technology for a new high-density PE plant planned in Shandong province, China. The new 200,000-t/y high-density PE unit, which will be located at Shandong Yuhuang's Heze complex, is scheduled to start up in 2018. Cost of the project was not given.
