For the first time, by using Aquapol-5 and Aquapol-7, polishing tools' present-day measuring means, and a new technology of precision polishing of glass optics, the surface finish of R{sub}a<1 nm and the reflected light scattering factor of K{sub}v≤0.0O3 have been achieved.
