Denn USA, Bensenville, IL, offers a new model of CNC spinning machine. Experience with Denn's TORC and Kenn models has allowed company engineers to incorporate customer suggestions into a re-engineered Zenn series of CNC spinning machines. Engineers used Pro-Engineer software to completely redesign the machine.The compact machine is designed to be operator safe, simple to operate and ergonomically friendly. Denn has added new features to save time in setup and manufacturing. The slides are positioned using a new hydraulic bearing system. The operator can move the slide by hand to any of six preset locations. The tail-stock and auxiliary equipment also are designed for exact and repeatable operator setup. These features, coupled with Denn's automatic mold digitalization program, reportedly make setup simple, rapid and failsafe.
