Apple Inc is being sued by two separate companies for patent infringement in the US.Quantum Research Group filed its suit in December 2005,but the details have only recently come tolight,while OPTi Inc's suit was filed in January 2007.Quantum is claiming that Apple is infringing its capacitive touch-sensing technology with its iPod click wheels.Apple has denied all Quantum's claims and in July 2006 it filed counterclaims for non-infringement and invalidity.
