The FCC's announcement that ＄137 million had been raised in its auction of spectrum for multichannel video distribution and data services (MVDDS) could provide additional sources of revenue not only for MVDDS providers, but also for broadband wireless ISPs, rural telcos, tower operators and developers, and broadband content producers.
