AbstractWater‐soluble Mannich bases were synthesized from cardbisphenol by Mannich reaction and were characterized by1H‐NMR and13C‐NMR spectroscopic methods. The effect of electrodeposition parameters on the film formation from binders and from the pigmented composition were studied.
