Being able to deal with cad drawings is, increasingly, a requirement for electrical contractors on many projects. While AutoCAD installed on a workstation with a 21-inch monitor is the paradigm for some electrical contractors at least some of the time, there are other "smaller" CAD software and hardware solutions that can get users onto essentially the same page, in the office as well as out in the field.
