摘要

AbstractAdult Lewis rats were thymectomized, irradiated (900 r), and given bone marrow cells from normal (BN × Lewis) F1donors. Passive transfer of adjuvant arthritis was carried out with lymph node cells of Lewis donors sensitized 9 days earlier. The recipients showed clinical arthritis starting at 3‐8 days and were sacrificed at 9‐13 days. Live cell suspensions from affected joints and lymphoid tissues were assayed for F1marrow‐derived cells by an indirect fluorescence technic. The results suggest that a majority of cells in the joint lesions of adjuvant arthritis are hematogenous and derived from bone marrow prec
