Paris— TechnipFMC and Carbios have signed a contract for the industrial development of Carbios' polyethylene terephtha-late (PET) enzymatic recycling process for the production of virgin PET from plastic waste. Under the contract, TechnipFMC will assist Carbios in the scale-up of the process to ensure industrial competitiveness, moving the process from laboratory to pilot scale.
