Brussels—The European Commission (EC), subject to conditions, has approved DuPont's planned divestment to FMC of a portion of its crop protection business, including certain research and development capabilities, and the acquisition by DuPont of substantially all of FMC's Health Nutrition business (PCN, 3 Apr 2017, p 3).
