A broad understanding of human development will be demonstrated by synthesizing different theories, assumptions, concepts and ideas encountered during the literature review. To understand human development in general, this demonstration will address the nature of human development from a biological, socio-cultural cognitive and psychological perspective using several examples. Key issues relating to future human development will be considered with an emphasis on professional career development as a factor in human and organizational development. Finally, the views of several classical and contemporary theorists will be compared and contrasted. The demonstration will highlight the acquisition of knowledge from the body of theory with a focus on how adults develop and organizations learn as the area of interest for the depth demonstration.
