The Pinze System is the only effective no man stretcher system capable of consistently operating at 100 efficiency, 24 hours a day, every single working day of the year. It must be noted that the Pinze system does not and is not intended to replace effective air and / or water cooling systems but is a system to be used in conjunction with effective quenching. In fact, with heavier profiles employing 6082 alloys, for example, it has proved itself indispensable for preventing distortion. The Pinze System is actually installed and running on 7 installations worldwide and has been installed on presses of up to 3500 Metric Ton capacity. The maximum linear profile weight actually being handled is 14 kg/m.
