An updated directory for nurse educators interested in identifying and locating computer software applicable to nursing is presented here. Information is provided on software programs from a variety of major nursing subject areas according to title, source, content, hardware, and price. While brief synopses of the software are included, they do not indicate endorsement of the product by the contributing editors. The current directory should supplement the previously published software directory and software preview guide (Summer 1984,Nurse Educator). Previewing computer software is recommended prior to a commitment to purchase.
