Dirk Elvermann, who has been working with BASF since 2003, has been ap-pointed director Of legal and tax affairs in the Asia-Pacific region effective January 1,2010.In his early years at BASF Dr Elvermann worked with the Central Legal Department focus-ing on corporate projects such as mergers and acquisi-tions and merger control.
